Odoo for schools: your questions
Does a parent with several children need several accounts?
No. A single portal login is enough to follow all their children’s enrolments.
Can we bill monthly or per session?
Both: an automatic monthly fee, or billing by number of sessions. Extra sessions outside the timetable can also be billed to enrolled students.
How is student attendance checked?
With a double check: reception on arrival and the teacher in class. Management compares both and is alerted on any mismatch.
Are holidays taken into account in the timetable?
Yes. The year’s sessions are generated from the weekly time slots, taking the school year, holidays and public holidays into account.
