Contact form: name, company, email address, phone (optional), topic and message. Nothing is collected until you submit the form.

Technical logs: like any web server, ours records the IP address, date and requested page. These logs are used only for security and to keep the site running.

We create no user accounts on this site and collect no payment data.

To answer your request, send you a quote and handle the related follow-up. Your data is never used for unsolicited marketing, nor transferred or sold to third parties.

This site sets no cookies. It only remembers in your browser, and only if you pick it yourself, the currency used to display prices (TND, EUR or USD). This information is not sent to us and cannot identify you; you can clear it at any time from your browser. No consent banner is therefore needed.

Links to external videos or sites (such as Odoo’s YouTube channel) open those sites in a new tab, where their own privacy rules apply.

Messages received through the form are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. Server technical logs are kept for 6 months at most.

Encrypted connection (HTTPS), strict content security policy, no third-party scripts, access to messages limited to the OVS Corp staff who need it to answer you.

Under Tunisian Organic Law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004 on the protection of personal data, you have the right to access, correct and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@ovscorp.net: we answer within one month. You may also contact the national personal data protection authority (INPDP).

This page covers the website. The processing of data you entrust to us as part of our services (Odoo, hosting, support) is governed by our terms of sale and your contracts.
