Development questions
Who owns the modules you develop?
Modules developed by OVS Corp remain its property: you pay an annual right of use. For an installation on your own servers, you can ask to buy them on quote. Your data always belongs to you (terms, art. B.6.2).
Will custom code block future migrations?
No: we build separate modules without changing Odoo’s core, and we port our own modules to every new version.
Do you work on an Odoo you did not set up?
Yes, after a quick audit of the instance and existing code, to avoid surprises.
